Dilly Dally Dough Co. started simply — I just wanted better, simpler bread for my own daily use. Turns out I was pretty good at it. Every loaf still starts the honest way bread always has: four basic ingredients — flour, yeast, salt, and time. No shortcuts. Just good dough, given the time it needs.
